  After discovering a bug (daddy long legs) in my fish super I phone the shop to inform them & was asked if I could bring it in for them to see. So at 10pm at night I spent my time & petrol money taken the meal back to them. The owner then opened my meal picked out the bug & broke it into pieces then threw it on the shop floor & told me with a smug look on his face there is nothing wrong with the meal & it was a piece of potato! Luckily I took some pictures before returning but the only reason he asked me to return it was to destroy the evidence! That is the bit the annoyed me the most the fact that he got me to waste my time & money to destroy the evidence! Absolutely shocking way to treat customers & by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  Ordered online, delivery took 90mins however when the food did come it was hot and tasted good.
